What are firearm transportation rules for when I bring my gun to the range? Please do not bring any loaded firearms into the range. Technically, any lawful citizens 18  years of age or older can carry a gun as long as it is kept safely in  their vehicle. Florida Department of Highway Safety says, “Florida law gives citizens the right to possess and transport a firearm or other weapon for self-defense or other lawful purpose without a license if securely encased within the vehicle.” During a traffic stop, motorists are advised to tell the law enforcement  officer ahead of time that there is a gun in the vehicle. “Securely encased” means in a glove  compartment, whether or not locked; snapped in a holster; in a gun case,  whether or not locked; in a zippered gun case; or in a closed box or container that requires a lid or cover to be opened for access.

What kinds of handguns can be used at the range? You can use any handgun up to 500 S&W

What kind of long guns can be used at the range? You can use any long gun up to but not including 50 caliber BMG.

Can I get a membership? Yes, we offer individual and family memberships, as well as corporate and monthly memberships. Click on the  Membership tab to get additional information.

I have been convicted of a felony. Can I use the range? No. It is unlawful for any convicted  felon to have any firearm in his or her possession or to carry a concealed weapon unless his civil rights have been restored.

I am not a range member. Can I still come to the range and shoot? Yes. Our range is open to the general public.

Can I rent a gun at the range? Yes. As long as you can legally own a gun in Florida, you can rent one at the range.

What kind of gun can I rent? We are adding additional firearms to our  rental stock monthly. Right now, you have your choice of a considerable number of popular handgun calibers and models.

Can I get firearms training at the range? Absolutely. Training is highly  recommended. We offer introductory safety and marksmanship skills  training, intermediate training, and advanced firearms training for civilians on all types of firearms. Our instructors are experienced,  certified, and easy to work with. Even if you are a longtime shooter, you might be surprised at the things you may never have heard or thought of in terms of proper shooting technique or gun safety. Taking a class  is a great way to move past being a competent shooter to become a great  marksman. If you use a gun for home defense or plan to in the future, you need to know the laws that apply to you in Florida, and how to use the firearm as the last resort in a  comprehensive home security strategy. We can answer your questions on these issues.
